Need to sell tickets to your event? Want to have your guests already registered in Handbid prior to arriving? Consider selling tickets through Handbid. In almost every case, our Handbid ticketing system gets the job done. You can setup tickets with limited quantities and sell them through the web or our apps. The benefit is that you can capture your guests’ information up front along with their payment information!

Looking to boost ticket sales or registrations? Let our experts help you promote your event on Facebook or Instagram with our specialized even promotion packages. Started at $200, we can drive 13,300 or more impressions to your event site, registration page, or anywhere else you want your target audience to go. We have several packages to choose from that range in impressions and campaign configuration.
Starting at $500/event
While not required to operate Handbid, we can send someone onSite if you need the expertise at your event. This staff person can assist your staff and your auction manager with anything related to Handbid. Travel fees not included.
Starting at $750/event
Have a seasoned, senior auction expert who has coordinated and run multiple auctions on the Handbid platform come and help you run your event. This expert can guide you and your staff/volunteers on how to organize and execute a successful auction event with Handbid. Travel fees not included.
Remote Event Staff

Perhaps the travel costs are too much or you don’t feel you need someone present. We can have a trained Handbid staff person help you remotely operate your auction. This person will remain connected with you during your event and can help your team with anything related to Handbid including checkin, getting bidders setup, managing and adjusting items and bids, sending broadcast messages, entering live auction and paddle raise results and invoicing and payments. Price is $50/hr for a 5 hr minimum (additional hours can be added on).

Want help getting your items uploaded, configured and images attached (that are properly formatted and look good?) Let our team help you! For just a few dollars per item, we can do the heavy lifting for you. In our seamless setup package, our team will setup your auction with basic settings, load your items (you provide the completed spreadsheet of data) and resize and load your images (you provide the images with proper labels). Then you can focus on event promotion and ticket sales while we get the auction setup.

Our most popular package is our comprehensive training package. This package can be done all at once or separated into two (1 hour) sessions. Session 1 includes: Auction Setup, Ticketing, Adding Items, Uploading Photos, Adding Bidders, Broadcast Messaging, Placing Bids, and Purchasing Items. Session 2 includes: Adding Contacts, Registration & Check-in Process, Opening & Closing an Auction, Payment Process, and Check-out process.
Our support team is awesome, but perhaps you want someone dedicated to supporting you for your auction event and set-up. If so, consider hiring a Handbid Coach to dive in and help you at a deeper level with your event.
