The video production team will help you prepare the screens and the pieces needed in producing a professional visual display of your pre-recorded video videos, screen displays, and live presentations.
Our video production team will be remote but the option for on-site is available.
Included in Auction-in-a-Box is a Handbid software that allows 1 auction with unlimited auction items, unlimited bidders, and ticketing for your event.
Virtual Event Assistant
Looking to move your event online and want to add a live streaming component but do not know where to start? With the launch of Handbid live stream, we have added the perfect complement to optimize the virtual experience.
Handbid will assign a dedicated Virtual Assistant to get you started and administer the application of Live Stream for your event. The Virtual Assistant will join a planning meeting, will launch your live stream when it is time and feature items along the way for bidding.
Want help getting your items uploaded, configured and images attached (that are properly formatted and look good?) Let our team do the heavy lifting for you. In our Handbid Headstart package, our team will set up your auction with basic settings, load your items (you provide the completed spreadsheet of data) and resize and load your images (you provide the images with proper labels). Then you can focus on event promotion and ticket sales while we get the auction setup.
AIB includes 2-hours of coaching to help with the Handbid learning curve.
With coaching, you will be assigned to go over a wide range of Handbid topics and help kickstart your event setup. Some of the topics that can be covered are as follows: Auction Setup, Ticketing, Adding Items, Uploading Photos, Adding Bidders, Broadcast Messaging, Placing Bids, Purchasing Items, Adding Contacts, Registration & Check-in Process, Opening & Closing an Auction, Payment Process, and Check-out process.
