TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bidder acknowledges that the mobile/online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Dallas Safari Club will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Dallas Safari Club’s or Bidder’s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the mobile/online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a Bidder’s internet connection, computer or system. Dallas Safari Club does not accept liability for failure to execute any mobile/online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
GOODS: All goods in SILENT auction have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by DSC, and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods in the live auctions are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of DSC. DSC makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. DSC does not accept any responsibility or liability for any product, design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer. All firearms obtained for this event will be transferred in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.
SERVICES: All services, hunts or otherwise, in the SILENT auction has been acquired from and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “GOODS” above. The services in the live auctions are sold “as is” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of DSC. DSC makes no warranties of fitness or merchantability, and expressly disclaims the same. No services in the live auctions are to be or will be performed by DSC. DSC shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The high bidder further acknowledges that in the event services are purchased, DSC cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the confines of the United States, nor can DSC be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from. The high bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances, and that should legal action be required to collect for the services acquired by the high bidder at the auction, DSC shall be entitled to all reasonable attorney’s fees, cost of court and interest as provided by law. DSC's auction credit refund policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in this Catalog.
SHIPPING DETAILS:
Dallas Safari Club will handle all domestic shipments for items not picked up by buyer at buyer's expense. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Dallas Safari Club will not be held responsible in the event that damage occurs to merchandise while in the possession of any shipping company. All firearms will be transferred in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.
PAYMENT DETAILS:
Payment will be required at close of auction, unless prior written arrangements have been made. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or American Express). All bidders must be current from any previous year’s auction.
